Terms & Conditions – YourDentalJourney

1. Services

YourDentalJourney provides educational support, including but not limited to dental interview preparation, UCAT preparation, mock interviews, and academic tutoring. Our services are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, grades, or university offers.

2. Eligibility

Some services are provided to students under the age of 18. Where applicable, parental or guardian consent is required for under-18s.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

• Payments are non-refundable once a session has taken place.
  
  

• Block bookings or packages may be subject to separate terms communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
  
  

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
  
  

• Failure to attend a booked session without notice may result in the full session fee being charged.
  

5. Tutor Conduct & Safeguarding

All tutors complete safeguarding induction and are expected to maintain professional boundaries at all times. Any safeguarding concerns should be reported immediately to YourDentalJourney.

6. Online Sessions

Online sessions are delivered via approved platforms. Recording of sessions is not permitted without explicit consent from all parties (and parental consent where applicable).

7. Limitation of Liability

YourDentalJourney is not responsible for decisions made by students, universities, or examination bodies. We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw services at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
